02. Briefing Meeting
Every design journey begins with understanding. Before I delve into the website build I like to get a feel for what the purpose of the site is and the intended audience. You may have brand asset to supply such as a Style Guides, Logos and Brand Colours. You may also have website you're seen that match the vibe you're looking to create.

03. Design & Development.
Based on feedback and collaborative discussions, I refine the website requirements at this point all the assets including logos, website copy and imagery are required.

04. Feedback Loop
Via a live link, I’ll provide you with the first (and exciting!) look at the initial website design. From here, together we’ll start a “feedback loop” to collaborative refine different elements of the site. We’ll be chatting regularly to make sure the progress in line with your concepts.

05. Testing
The website will be tested on various devices to ensure your end-users can navigate your site with ease, the buying experience is positive, and the cart and checkout functions operate efficiently.

06. Go Live
Once the website is looking schmick and functioning at its best, we set the date for Go Live. Get the champagne ready!

07. Training and Support
I’ll provide you with full training so you feel confident uploading new products and content on your site. I’ll hold your hand for 3 months after your website has been launched – making myself available for queries, questions and panic buttons, as you settle into your new eCommerce store.

Shopify launched as an eCommerce website platform in June 2006. At that time we were happily learning the lay of the digital landscape, learning the basics of HTML and basic programming.
We were studying a BA in Internet Communications (Curtin, WA) and stretching our knowledge of HTML, CSS. We were playing with programming languages like Java, C++, PHP, Coldfusion (eek). We were using content management platforms like Wordpress, Joomla and Squarespace.
But in 2015 we built our very first eCommerce website on the Shopify platform and we haven’t stopped. We became a Shopify partner in 2019 and have since attended numerous Shopify meetups, industry events and Shopify Unite.
