We start with a call so you can chat to us about what’s been happening with your site and how it got to the state its in.

Ugly sites rank on Google too, so before we do any work we’ll look at the numbers. We’ll assess what’s working for you in searchability and convertibility. We don’t want to fix anything that isn’t broken.

Using our project planning tools we outline the individual tasks we’ll be undertaking to give your website the once over, the spit and polish, the new lick of paint, a website renovation - the makeover. For some stores this might be a few simple tasks, for others, it can involve a complete overhaul.

Just like in our Website development projects we enter into a feedback loop where we chat over the changes and make any required refinements.

Once we’ve ticked off everything on our to-do list, we’ll switch over to your fresh new site. We do this quietly at first, so the site and the apps have time to settle in (and we can test in the live environment). But a few days later, you can throw your online house-warming party and invite everyone in!
